Please enjoy my video demonstrating a reflection on the inner work for authentic leadership. I discuss what authentic leadership is, how honest feedback is important, my most pivotal real-world experiences, and how I personally reflect. These practices and experiences have all shaped my leadership abilities, and continue to do so to this day.

Module 2 Morality: Is There a Gray Area? Reflection Blog: Authenticity, Morality, and Leadership Prompt In the module reading,  Are Authentic Leaders Always Moral?
